Marvin Libre is an Organizational Development Trainer and consultant to major corporations in the Philippines. His experience comes from being an Organization Development Specialist for PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies as he spearheaded the structural review of the different units of the organization, including conduct of interviews, benchmarking, and research. He conducts diagnostics for needed interventions, designs strategies for implementation, and makes assessments for interventions such as Team Development Programs, Mediation, Visioning Exercises, and Operations Summits for all units of the Company and Sports affiliations of the CEO.
Marvin Libre improves the performance management system of companies by consolidating personnel ratings, processing performance incentives from finance groups, coordinating with internal departments on business requirements, functional specifications, system testing, and launching. He conducts system trainings in NCR, Davao and Mindanao for branch systems and designs client service workshops for operations employees.
His knowledge in Organizational Development is supplemented by intensive trainings such as the Asian Organizational Development Summit, Labor Cases Handling, Values Integration Program, and Human Resource Conventions. With this he’s enhanced and implemented programs on Merchandising, Marketing, and Brand Management. He also facilitates team bonding and enhancement programs for business units and partners.
