The Advanced Technical Writing Workshop is very informative and interactive. I was surprised to find that it’s possible to have role-play scenarios and group exercises for minute-taking lessons. I always used to think English is very difficult to learn if it’s not your native language. Surprisingly, it’s fun and easy to learn. What’s even more surprising is I was able to learn some of it during the Customer Service Excellence Training with TalkShop. They integrated communication excellence in the training which inspired me to speak better to enhance my communication skills with my clients.
