Grammar Mastery is a Must

While good grammar is not the be-all, end-all, it can spell the big difference between someone who can communicate the message clearly and someone who communicates garbled script.

The list of opportunities for one who has mastered good grammar is long.

Initially it sounds trivial.  Yet, poor grammar leads to poor organization – and poor organization makes it impossible for any professional to effectively and clearly communicate his message, much less his competency.

The best option to get this grammar problem out of the way is to get it out of the way! And it can start with the right training.

TalkShop has been working with top organizations and government agencies in training their technical team leaders and members to write to their target audience in a way that is both structured and personable.

The Department of Trade and Industry, for instance, has, through the years, entrusted the communication training of its leaders and team members to TalkShop. And this quarter’s Grammar Mastery Workshop has proven to be another worthwhile experience for the selected participants who mastered the proficiency in conveying their ideas, as well as the accuracy in polishing their composition.

All throughout the training, participants, most of whom were Data Analysts, were able to practice how to stay on topic as they connect the right words to better relate to their target audience. More than that, they developed the motivation to continue learning after they found the confidence to articulate the right message in writing that is professional, relevant, and concise.

Here is what the participants have to say about their TalkShop Grammar Mastery experience:
