TalkShop brings customer service to a new level of excellence as it provides the Brand Ambassadors of the Government System Insurance System (GSIS) a workshop that teaches them the etiquette and techniques of Exceptional Customer Service.   TalkShop CEO Sheila Viesca works with her team of consultants in calibrating GSIS performance standards by honing in on the participants’ positive self-image and personal effectiveness. The third batch of GSIS Front liners take on the challenge to walk, talk, think, and act like the exceptional brand ambassadors that they are expected to be.  They rave about their TalkShop experience:
