Another key factor in building confidence is by infusing it into one’s relationships. The third module teaches participants how to communicate with people and takes them through the fundamentals of social etiquette. Signs of insecurity and signs of confidence, which are seen in the way people speak and in their body language, will also be discussed so that participants are aware of the do’s and don’ts when conversing with or presenting to others.

It is also necessary to improve emotional intelligence, and this is how the course will cap off. Participants will practice positive thinking and be trained to use strategies for growth. Emotional intelligence takes time to develop, but participants will be taught impactful tricks to help them overcome any initial negative feelings or reactions so that they form the habit of seeing the good side to any situation.

By the end of the course, participants will have more self-confidence and a stronger sense of self, the ability to interact easily with different groups of people, a more positive mindset and outlook, and an improved image.
