Help Your Employees Grow with Personality Development Training

TalkShop job interview tips

Managers who are keen on developing their team usually sign them up for workshops related to their area of expertise. A graphic artist might take a course on animation, for instance. Or a marketing assistant might take a course on presenting.

While these are important skills to learn, there is also value in signing employees up for a workshop that develops their soft skills. These are the skills that strengthen their character, confidence, and overall attitude towards life, in and outside of work.

TalkShop offers Personality Development, the training to help participants enhance their soft skills through confidence-building sessions, image-enhancement sessions, and exercises on proper demeanor. It is ideal for professionals, as well as other individuals, who seek to build their self-confidence and other character traits in order to improve their outlook in life.

It also helps employees put more value in their work, enthusiastically seek ways to improve, and make significant contributions to the team.

The course begins with a module on Understanding Personalities, which includes a review on the Enneagram nine personality types, how to deal with different personalities, identifying archetypes, and a personality assessment and evaluation to know what each participant should focus on in the following modules.

Building Self-esteem comes next. Participants will learn how to sell themselves by recognizing and highlighting their positive traits while realizing that their weaker areas can be improved and are not permanent characteristics that define who they are. The module progresses into lessons on understanding self-worth, and raising the confidence bar.

Another key factor in building confidence is by infusing it into one’s relationships. The third module teaches participants how to communicate with people and takes them through the fundamentals of social etiquette. Signs of insecurity and signs of confidence, which are seen in the way people speak and in their body language, will also be discussed so that participants are aware of the do’s and don’ts when conversing with or presenting to others.

It is also necessary to improve emotional intelligence, and this is how the course will cap off. Participants will practice positive thinking and be trained to use strategies for growth. Emotional intelligence takes time to develop, but participants will be taught impactful tricks to help them overcome any initial negative feelings or reactions so that they form the habit of seeing the good side to any situation.

By the end of the course, participants will have more self-confidence and a stronger sense of self, the ability to interact easily with different groups of people, a more positive mindset and outlook, and an improved image.
