How Professional Profiling Works

TalkShop Professional ProfilingTalkShop has beefed up its training programs for HR practitioners with Professional Profiling requirements. The program aims to empower corporate professionals, HR executives, and head hunters in assessing individuals to select the best recruits for their organizations through a profiling criteria.

Sheila Viesca, TalkShop CEO, explains, “HR should devote more effort into the recruitment process that impacts the organization’s success. Criteria for selection should go beyond intelligent answers, the right skills, an assertive personality, and English proficiency.
