The Senior Managers and Key Officers of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) undergo the 2-week management training with the TalkShop Team who collaborated on the design and conduct of the Succession Planning and Executive Management Programs.

Adhering to the belief that excellent leadership starts with an understanding of the self and broadening of perspectives, the design addressed key operational issues, systematic analysis of problems, better understanding of people, acceptance of self, and an integrated approach to life.

            I enjoyed the Executive Management Training very much. It included reasons and insights on why things or people are what they are and I now have a more in-depth and better understanding of them. I learned how to assess people on a deeper level. I am now more aware of the purposes of downlines and uplines. The design of the TalkShop workshop is refreshing as it is not the usual classroom style lecture. The TalkShop consultants know their subjects very well.
