\"\"You cannot ever truly know another human being; this is the marvel and mystery of love and loving, of knowing and being known.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0And yet, there is sadness in this knowing also.\u00a0It is when we think we know all there is to know about someone or something that the relationship begins to die and lose its sacredness.\u00a0Transformational leaders know there are multitudes of latent relationships to be known and enriched.\u00a0\u00a0Not doing so may result in profound and devastating consequences. For those of us who are practicing transformational leadership, we find the most challenge applying it on those who are the closest to us and those we love the most. \u00a0We are more attached to winning the trust of new acquaintance and less able to inspire and uplift those nearest to our heart.\u00a0\u00a0We also tend to assume that we know all there is to know about those we love.
