The delightful group gave their best effort in further sharpening the saw and stretching their potentials. A proof that learning transcends age and experience. The best and smartest people are truly those who make constant learning their way of life.

TalkShop has been chosen among many providers to conduct PNOC’s company-wide Business Writing Program. This serves as the foundation training for PNOC’s thrust in communication excellence as the PNOC Human Resource and TalkShop work on the next rounds of personal effectiveness training.

The Business Writing Workshop was free flowing and focused on the most relevant topics that make communication difficult. I learned a lot from it because all the topics were discussed. TalkShop ensured that we understand what we need. Through this, I learned to further conquer the fear of delivering a talk to an audience. I think Ms. Sheila Viesca is great! She is very personable and intelligent. I believe that the experience was very enjoyable. The style of TalkShop offered an intelligent andinteractive approach to teaching what would have been a boring subject. Hopefully in the future I would be part of their professional and diplomatic protocol training.

The program is an “eye opener”. For me, it was definitely a review of past learning. I particularly like the review on grammar exercises and extemporaneous speaking. I became more conscious of the things I say and write, and mindful of others’ feelings too. I love TalkShop. I love Sheila. She is definitely a “guru” in both spoken and written communication. It was such a fun learning activity for me. It was very practical, handy and useful both in my work and personal life. I am very interested in joining TalkMasters and to enrol in programs like Business Writing and Etiquette. Thank you for sharing your expertise with us. I look forward to more training sessions of this kind with you. Thank you Sheila and TalkShop!

I am happy to have been part of this training. TalkShop was a good choice for this training. It is Ms. Sheila’s style of teaching and excellent delivery that I liked during this workshop. She really is a PRO. Now, I can be more confident and I’m proud to have learned a lot of things which I could not teach to others, especially my husband and children at first. I want to learn more how to make better extemporaneous speeches, also improve my presentation skills. I am interested to be part of Toastmasters. I wish more people can be transformed by TalkShop.

Luthgarda Lacaba, Department Manager – Corporate Planning, PNOC

I learned a lot in this workshop. I learned grammar, pronunciation, speech delivery, and proper pronunciation. I like the Verbal Yoga exercise a lot as well. Ms. Sheila is very eloquent and very good. Hopefully in future training, I would learn more proper pronunciation and correct gestures during speech writing. I think TalkShop lives up to its name as the Best English School in the Philippines.

Eric Padilla, Assistant Department Manager – Project Management, PNOC

The lessons I like in this workshop include how to properly pronounce words and deliver speeches. I would like to commend Ms. Sheila Viesca because she knows her craft very well. Thank you, TalkShop, I now have an understanding and awareness of my strengths and weaknesses.

Celia Tagaro, Department Manager – Project Management, PNOC

At first, I was apprehensive to attend this TalkShop workshop being a senior citizen and due to my approaching retirement years. But through this workshop, I realized that I have yet to improve my communication skills. I think this TalkShop workshop is very good. Ms. Sheila is excellent and well versed in her field. My fear of public speaking was overcome. I hope this training would be taught to new employees for them to be effective as well.
