TIEZA engages the expertise of TalkShop anew in 2 batches of a 3-day Workshop on Tools and Techniques for Effective Communication in the Workplace to be held on August 13-15 and August 29-31, 2018 at TIEZA’s Multi-purpose Hall, 6th Level of Double Dragon Plaza, Diosdado Macapagal Avenue, Pasay City.
The 3-day Workshop on Tools and Techniques for Effective Communication in the Workplace is designed and conducted by TalkShop CEO Dr. Sheila Viesca in cooperation with the Human Resource Services Division of TIEZA and in the light of TIEZA’s thrust to improve personnel efficiency and competency through relevant personnel development programs.
This workshop aims to equip participating TIEZA employees with enhanced confidence in articulating results-driven messages expressed through technical writing or live presentation format. The workshop reinforces their ability to adopt verbal cues that are helpful when communicating with different audiences. In the process, participants are empowered to improve their skill to prepare accurate written communication and deliver proficient spoken messages with clarity, coherence, and credibility.
As TIEZA’s choice communication training provider, TalkShop has been conducting various courses in communication since 2015. Most of the organization’s personnel from all ranks and departments have attended Dr. Sheila Viesca’s courses in Communication Excellence, Advanced Communication, and Management Communication. These courses help enhance the skills of participating TIEZA employees so they become effective communicators with the help of language tools and techniques that are simple and immediately implementable.
