I workshop, I was reminded that we should be patient and think positive. I learned everything I want to learn. The workshop is excellent, exciting, and helpful. I like most the three important parts to detect emotional state: eyebrows, lips, and shoulders. Martin and Robert are excellent in handling the workshop. They help me become a strong and be a good front liner. I hope in the future, I can improve my manner of speaking. You are excellent TalkShop! The best training school in the Philippines. I learned so much especially on how to deal with other people – how values can be incorporated in life so when we interact with other people we do not hurt nor manifest negative gestures. To determine whether or not such actions can be expressed in a positive way, we should be careful what words to use and work on improvements. I also learned how to deal with rude passengers and how to accept people you hate most. Martin and Robert are excellent and professional. They changed my attitudes towards passengers. I hope to attend more self-improvement workshops with TalkShop.

The workshop is great and everyone in the room is lively. The TalkShop consultants do not stop interacting with the audience; they are really good and very professional too.
