TalkShop clients share their learning experiences from workshops in speech, writing, leadership, and personality development.

I learned from this TalkShop Workshop that the quality of the project is determined by 3 things: scope, time, and cost. The Work Breakdown Structure and the Gantt Charting are the two most transformative areas in the workshop. I learned a lot from this which I will be able to use at my line of work.

This TalkShop Workshop helps me on how to manage a project with the risk involved. I learned that to have a successful project, you’ll have to consider the Triple Constraint (scope, time, and cost). Using the WBS method, you can monitor the projects, time to time, from start to finish. I also learned a lot because of the good TalkShop Speakers. After the workshop, I am able to communicate with the other departments in order to have a successful project.

From this TalkShop Seminar, I got to understand the significance of planning. It really helps a lot and saves a lot of everything if you plan out everything first before implementing a project. Triple Constraint Triangle made me understand that projects, despite of constraints, are still achievable. It depends on how we manage the three constraints. For estimations, it is recommended to have the WBS for more accurate and detailed allocations. The TalkShop PM program design is relevant and comprehensive. The TalkShop Consultant is knowledgeable about the topic and can share a lot of real world samples and application of theories. Because of this, I got to understand the significance of planning. Sometimes I neglect strategic planning but now, I got to understand how important it is.

Though I have been managing projects for quite some time now, I never really had a formal training on project management. My management style is based on what I have learned from other people in the field. What I have learned today from this TalkShop Training is the better way to manage the project. I learned a lot.

Richard Falcero, Retail Engineering Assistant Manager, Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc.

It’s an additional knowledge about Project Management training. TalkShop has taught me that the quality of a project is determined by scope, time, and cost, and the WBS level. I especially like how to monitor a project and use a Gantt chart to coordinate each other. The program is informative and it helps us in our task. The TalkShop Consultants are informative and we have learned practical items from them. I was enlightened by the WBS concept, how to monitor projects, how to use the Gantt chart, and, now, the difference of Risk & Issue.
