I like the discussion in TalkShop regarding the different graphs we can use to simplify everything. I don’t normally use graphs in audit reports, but with the new Technical Writingknowledge and tips on using these, I may consider incorporating them to my future reports. TalkShop enlightened me on the 12 tenses today. When I was in high school, I had a difficult time in differentiating each. The diagram helped and the explanation and exercises too. For Day 2, we learned about the proper usage of punctuation and quotation marks. We also studied the different tenses of verbs.
