I learned the different types of people in the Enneagram Assessment through the TalkShop Workshop. It enhanced my understanding on the basic ways to organize. The TalkShop Workshop is just fine. I just need further training to be able to fully understand better the subject matter—Enneagram, planning, and organizing. After the training, I realized that being a perfectionist is okay but it needs to compliment other personalities to balance the pros and cons of each personality.
